Am I going blind? Form RF111

Looking at form RF111 https://www.motortax.ie/OMT/pdf/RF111_en.pdf to change address. In section 1 it states:

If this is the only change and there is no renewal of tax, simply complete Sections 1 & 11

    I'm not seeing a section 11 - I can only see sections 1-9. Do they mean section 8 - the signature/declaration?

For change of address you use the back of the log book?

Your looking at the wrong form......Its RF111A...You are lookign at a change of particulars form.

If using the form you need to have proof of your new address, a bill, official letter or driving licence.
Otherwise fill in the back of your log book.

I've now filled out the back of the log book, and stuck it in an envelope. I've even put stamps on the envelope!

Regardless, RF111 comes up as something you can use for change of address, it has a note on it about only changing your address (and doesn't indicate that something else should be used) and refers to a section that doesn't exist.

    It's Freepost, save your stamps.

Goods Only Declaration - You must complete this Declaration at a Garda Station if you are taxing the vehicle at the goods rate and the design gross vehicle weight of the vehicle does not exceed 3,500 kg.
I declare that vehicle registration number will be used only as a goods carrying vehicle in the course of my business/trade and will not be used at any time for social, domestic or pleasure purposes.

Just ignore me......thats what a few months out of it does to you:D

111 is for change of address along with a proof of current address or just put the new address on the back of the log book.

If you're in dublin, they can do it at reception as no money is involved. it saves the big queue.

Can't see why you'd bother even going to the tax office when you can post it for free.
