Hello guys really need sone help here. Iv used anti inflammatory tabs and gels, months of physio, and doing daily prescribed physio excercises, I asked the physio today about other pain relief options like acupuncture or epidadural injection and he said it would only make things worse, has anyone experience of this happening? I'm lying on my back writing this trying to get some relief
