Ford Focus mk2 1.8tdci flywheel?

Gear stick rattles between 1 and 1.2 revs. No difference clutch in or out and does the same when in 1st gear driving. Was thinking it could be the flywheel starting to go. Jacked up the engine to check mounts and no difference. Any ideas? https://youtu.be/219DMYL2Nbc

Best bet is to jack it up again and get a second person to rev the car while you go hunting for a source of the rattle.
Gut feeling is you could be right with the flywheel but hope for something simple.
