Query about returning item bought from Next UK website

I bought a top from Next UK website and had it delivered by Parcel motel - it turns out that the top is too big and I need to return it. I need some advice:

    1. Can I return it to an Irish Next store since I bought it on the UK website?

    2. What is the best method to send it back to Next.co.uk - when I try Parcel Motel it only offers NEXT Ireland as an option - there is no mention of Next.co.uk

I would be very grateful if someone could hep me with this query.

    Thanks

Does next use CollectPlus? If so I think PM supports that?

Thanks but I googled it and NEXT are not listed on collect plus - any other ideas?

What options are on the return slip?

Surely you can just post it back to next?

Parcel motel won't post to a P.O.Box - do you think I could send it via the post office or is there any other method?

    Thanks

Options are just to stick label on return parcel but its a UK label and I can't risk just sending it as I might never get my money back.

You should be able to exchange it for a different size or get a credit note (at managers discretion) in an Irish store. Otherwise you should just pay cost of postage with An Post if you want a refund.

Thanks - I think I'll use An Post.

I have bought from Topman and Burton online and returned to the stores in Jervis. I can't see it being any different with Next.

It will be fine for an exchange as long as they stock it in Irish stores.

Just say you lost the receipt and they will exchange - but if you do and the item goes on sale, you will only get the last sale price.

Unfortunately - its a Lacoste top and they don't stock them in Irish stores they have them on their online site alright so I think I will have to use An Post and send it back to the UK.
