A few things to remember about the exams...

    1. They are not the end of the world.

    2. Better be in early tomorrow rather than late. There are always some things need to be organised before the exam starts on the first day, so leave plenty of time for them.

    3. Try and get a good night's sleep tonight, to give yourself the best chance of performing at your best.

    4. Do NOT use red or green biro, or pencil to answer your exam paper. Use blue or black pen, except where drawing a diagram or chart, when pencil is OK.

    5. Leave the phone at home. You will survive without it.

    6. Read the questions properly and make sure you are doing the right number of questions and the right combination of parts or sections.

    7. Try to avoid post-mortems after the exam with your friends. They do not help anyone.

    8. Make sure when leaving the school after one exam, that you know what day and time you need to be back for the next one. No point showing up in the afternoon for a morning exam.

    9. Don't horse into a huge lunch before an afternoon exam. Have something light but nutritious. Drink water.

    10. Try not to leave an exam early. Read over what you have written. Double check things.

    Good luck all.
I know some people will say 'It's only the Junior' and 'It doesn't count for anything', but it is your first experience of a State exam and most people want to do well in it. It's a big enough deal at 15 or 16.
