Self Build in Galway- Recommended Engineer

    Hi All,
    I am building a house in Galway, the site already has a house on it which is more of a ruin but which we will be required to restore to a degree in order to get planning. Can anyone advise an engineer who is also good at the design piece as my budget won't stretch to accommodate an architect? Thanks a million.
