Closed account - no end statement received

    Hi folks

    I recently closed my account with EIR after the 18 month contract had competed. However, I have not received any statement about the closure of the account?

    I was in the Meteor shop and they said I should be owed money as I would have made a double payment in my first bill.

    Can I pm someone on this please?
