mark III version of an Indian heavy lift rocket

"The 640-tonne (580,598kg) rocket blasted off from a launching site off the Bay of Bengal in Sriharikota."
    &
"The GSLV Mark III can carry a satellite weighting more than three tonnes."

So a power to weight ratio of 200

Not sure what you mean by power to weight ratio. Rockets often have a trust to weight ratio, in this case at appro. 600 tonnes and 13,000kn that's a trust to weight ratio of about 20
