Galaxy Tab A 10.1 blank screen

Hi, My daughter has a Tab A 10.1 but the screen has gone blank. I can hear the volume going up and down and the noise made when plugged in. Tried the usual reset things, but cannot get the screen on. Anyone have this problem? Needs to fix this ASAP, she needs it badly.
