That is a very vague inquiry.

You could walk out your front door and spend two days taking photographs.

Any plans on how you will travel? Car, Bike, Train, Bus, Plane? How about limits on accomodation and budget? B&B, Hotel, Tent?

Something that can be fun is to throw gear in the car and take off. Just drive without a plan. Lose track of where you are and stop to look at things which interest you. eat when you are hungry and look for a place to stay when you get there, wherever "there" may be. Spend as much time at each place as feels right and then move on. Have done that a few times in various countries and found interesting little nooks.

Thanks for the suggestions so far.
I'll have a car but not sure about accommodation yet.
I had considered heading north.. and don't want to spend all day driving at the expense of being out of the car.
