Ending a contract instore

    Why is it not possible to end a contract in-store? Has to be online? Contract was signed in-store!

    Unfortunately, you will be required to contact our cancellations team on 1800 303 600 to request a cancellation.


    I'm afraid our stores would not have access to complete this request.

    In understand that, however, our cancellations team are the only department that would be able to issue you with a cancellation as there are no cancellation agents in store.
