Hi folks, I paid a specialist home entertainment company to do the audio-visual system in my house. I ordered and paid them 306,27 EUR for a pair of the Sonance VP60R in-ceiling speakers (shown here)

But on the day they were installing I was there and I took a photo of the back of the speakers they were putting in to the ceiling. This is the make and model they actually installed:

(Note these are not the websites that these speakers were bought from, I bought them through the home entertainment company)
I've had a number of other ups and downs with the company and at this stage I'm in picking-my-battles territory.
Is this acceptable to substitute what appears to be a much cheaper speaker than what I was charged for?

Personally I think you've been done. Looking at the specs there does seem to be a bit of a difference quality wise. This is a battle I'd certainly be picking !
