Can I take this to the Police and report as fraud? Or should I take this anywhere else?
Do you really really really think the gardai have nothing else to do except listen to some issue about post.

Write a letter to the DSU manager, but don't waste gardai time with such a trivial civil matter.

In any case it is the sender who paid for the service and the sender who would need to make complaint.

Just asking for advice, not asking for smug answers.

You can write as many letters as you want its nothing to do with you, you have no contract with An Post. You need to inform whoever posted the items so they can follow up.

Email brian.fay@anpost.ie (Company Secretary) and maybe ask that his employees desist from committing fraud.

Why does the sender need to complain about my signature being forged?

because it is the sender who paid for the item to be registered. it is the sender that has a contract with an post not you.

While true An Post will take action against a postman after a number of addressee complaints.
