Struggling to find Gt Gt Grandparents marriage

My great grandparents were Catherine Whelehan and John Moran both lived in Milltownpass, County Westmeath, I have birth records for all of their kids, I have the birth record for Catherine from Drummand, a townland in Milltownpass and I also have a possible baptism record from Milltownpass church for John (Vaguely matches his age on death record, so I'm not 100% which is why I wanted the marriage cert for fathers name). John Moran the child on the 1901 Census is my Great granddad.

What is also interesting is on the 1901 Census they have a youngest daughter Mary, apparently born Co. Westmeath and she dies age 12, here is her death record but I cannot find a trace of her birth:

Now I have tried Irishgenealogy.ie, Ancestry, Family Search, FindMyPast and none of them seem to have a record of their marriage. Based on the fact Mary Moran is age 12 in 1901, I would estimate they must have married around 1890 give or take a couple of years.
I appreciate any help, this is a huge brickwall that I've been unable to get through, I have even tried contacting Milltownpass church who has sent me baptism records in the past but they seem to either not be checking emails anymore, or are just ignoring me.

Have you browsed the indices in the GRO?

I appreciate it would be difficult if you live in Texas, but sometimes you have to go back to basics.

Sometimes it proves impossible to find a record for an event, either because the registrar makes a major mistake, or the event was never registered.

It also has to be considered that a marriage never took place, because one party might be already married to a third party, or because of some impediment. Such relationships are more common than many people think. Prominent people in Ireland have been the product of such relationships. There should be no shame now,or indeed in the past.
