How long should I allow to view a venue?

Such a trivial matter but I'm just wondering how long should it take to view a venue? We're trying to pack in as many viewings this weekend and we've appointments made in several places but might need to change times depending on the length in each place! Obviously I don't want to rush things but don't want to waste time either!

We found our average was about an hour. More in places we liked, less in places where we walked in and went "no" fairly immediately but you still need to stay for the little tour the give you.

I was hoping to hear this! We've appointments at 11 and 1 but they're 50 minutes away from each other!

Just make sure to leave time for the complimentary drinks/food they'll offer you.
I found it was usually about 20 to 30 minutes going around the venue then another 20 or so going through packages etc.

To be honest just tell them you have to leave when you have to leave. Tell them you're visiting other venues. No harm in it. You don't owe them anything in fairness.
