Yes but it supports cross play with PSVR too. Just played the prologue twice with different randomers, good fun.

I really should get some group-age going - I've just been dipping in and out and also getting Skyrim up and running. A game I've never actrually played!

I love the fact that the Oculus home now has the Aegis flying around outside the window. I remember the Original Bridge Crew game and the amount of mods etc. that got - this really could be a classic if it's done right!

i have no IRL with VR, so I played with some randoms yesterday and I think I lucked out - landed in with a pair of sound guys who were friends and really into role play, and then a fourth joined who was also well into it. Had a blast and played 4 different missions with them.

I'm definitely up for expanding my pool of folks to play with! Add me on Uplay, user name is the same.

Also, the game is fantastic. Best VR title in aaaaaaaaaages. The first real AAA title and the cross platform play is a great feature, essential for such a niche market, and I really hope more developers see that. I hope it sells well so we can get some more bridge interiors etc. I'd love to fly the Enterprise-D!

I'd day they will release DLC for bridge of Enterprise A and Enterprise D. Hopefully also get Defiant and Voyager.


Would love more battle damage though.

Just dabbled with the single-player earlier. Can't wait to try with a few other folks. It's actually fantastic as a single player game in it's own right. The original Enterprise bridge is brilliantly awkward to use. I really hope they keep adding stuff to it. It really deserves more content.

Just bought this a few minutes ago. What type of mic setup are people using with occulus or vive for this? Just a standard desk mic? I think the only one I have is with my headphones which isn't going to work.

Edit: Jayus nevermind. I should have known that the occulus has a built in mic . Just read about it.

It's new-Trek though so I wouldn't bet on it.

It's a good question all the same, I switched to my headset mic because the Vive mic has no foam thingy so it sometimes picks up your breathing in a very loud way. Good sound that doesnt annoy your teammates is very important.

My friend was using his webcam mic the other night by accident which picked up his PC fan so he was broadcasting constantly..very annoying but easily fixed.

Anyone is free to add me, same name as on here. I've only done the prologue and 2 other missions with some friends so I'm still learning the ropes.

Nope, RE7 and Dirt Rally were the first real AAA titles and are amazing in VR.

Id love to play a Star Trek VR game based on The Next Generation, with the calming background sound just like in the series.

That would be awesome.

I might pick up Bridge Crew when its cheap as chips though.

They're triple-A games that've got VR modes, they're not developed solely as VR games, which is what I meant.
