    I'm losing patience quickly.....:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    "The username, password, and ppsn combination is invalid."

    I just changed my password so I needed my username and ppsn to do so therefore my info is not wrong.

    Anyone else have problems with this?? :confused::confused::confused:

    I had similar issues! I had to call Susi and be guided through some actions. When they didn't work I was told to email with screenshots and was contacted a few days later by someone in OT who provided new password and pin.
