Looking for Feedback for a proposed Diabetes Managment App

    Hi guys - I hope this is ok.

    I'm doing a project in college where we have to create an app, and part of that process is that we have to get user feedback to our idea.

    As the proposed app will be one for recording blood sugars and managing diabetes, I was wondering if I could share our survey here - if you had five mins to fill it out, I'd really appreciate it. We don't collect ANY identifying information and all responses will be deleted once this part of the project is complete. Thanks in advance - should take less than ten mins max.
