Jaybird X3 red light

Anyone here own a pair of Jaybird X3's that could help? I tried to turn them off as normal. Held the power button until the voice prompt says they're off but the voice never came through. Now they're stuck with the red light on and they won't connect to any device. Can't turn them on or off. Anyone have similar problems?
