No response under home entertainment so trying here :)

I am trying to get All4 working on my LG Smart TV. When I launch the app I see the following on the screen:

    Network Error (-310)
Network is not connected. Please check network settings.

There are then three options (Close App, Network Settings, Retry) but selecting any of them closes the app and returns to the last item viewed.

    Any ideas?

All 4 app doesn't work on any Smart TV in Ireland

    Only works in the UK

Thanks for the reply. If the TV location is set to the UK do you know if it will work? Prefer to have All4 on the TV rather than RTE Player.

Goes by IP address, non UK IP address no access.

Strange that it works for PCs / Macs and on Sky Boxes. :(

That's an odd one. C4 have no problem with Irish viewers accessing through website/app/Sky On Demand. Maybe it's something to do with the ability to target advertising.

Or they own a lot of their content and/or have better agreements with rights holders.
