Hospital invoice - 2 years later

Howdy, I just received an invoice from a hospital for an inpatient stay over 2 years ago. This has been the first correspondence on this. I'm pretty pissed to be honest to only be getting this now. Is there any time limitation on how long after the stay they can invoice you?

I'd be pissed too although you did get treatment. Might be worth getting onto citizens advice too. Financially, if you are not in a position to pay in full, they may come up with a repayment plan for you.
