Despite haven been left on a trickle charger/battery conditioner, my f800 battery (2008) has died.

What's the going rate for a replacement ?

On Amazon I can get a YUSA YTX14-BS for about £35 + €4 parcel motel.

How does that price compare to bricks and mortar shops ?

    Also, I'm not sure if I need a YTX14-BS or a YTX12-BS

    Thoughts and constructive suggestions?

Same here, just bought a YTX14-BS in Galway, cost me a bit more than that iirc, but I got it locally.

Batteries have a life: they don't know whether the bike is running or not, so after X time, they call it a day, charger or no charger.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Took the original battery out, it's sealed, so I'm just gonna give it a direct connection to a chargerr for 24hrs. If that fails I'll get a new battery.

Must also get insurance and tax
