    Low idle CO 3.38 vol% Above 0.50
620 rpm. HC 287 ppm Above 00 ppm

    Lambda 1.01 between 0.97 and 1.03
    High idle CO 0.00 vol% above 0.30
    2700 rpm HC 47ppm above 200ppm

The high idle is perfect, would it be the cat or a sensor?
    00 yaris

Can you print out the whole emissions report?
    What's the lambda value?

Is that car misfiring / running lumpy at idle, or burning oil?

    What's the mileage?

    No burning oil or misfiring
    Running smooth at idle

Cat should be fine given high idle. Have you had it plugged in to check for stored codes?

Mechanic is changing the cat today, he checked for codes and it showed no faults.

Cat looks fine with them readings. That's going to be a temp sensor or airflow meter.

The fact the co is passing at high idle rules out the cat. If he fits a spurious cat you'll only have more problems next year.

Without fault codes, I'd be swayed toward a pinhole leak around the exhaust manifold area, which draws in air over the lambda at low idle, fooling the car into creating a rich condition, but creates enough backpressure at high idle to prevent air ingress or even leak outwards.
