Have a fridge in a shed that I use for dogs, last year I was scraping away ice from the freezer section and I hit the gas bar and it killed the freezer but since then the fridge isn't cold ,Inly put it on when the summer comes,i have it turned up to the highest but no good, just wondering if it is gone or maybe something small.

Does the light turn off when the door closes? Put you hand on the plastic cover to see if it's warm when the door is opened.

If you punctured the pipe, and let the freon gas out, it is broken.
Some fridge freezers have a separate system for the fridge, but most have the one pipe. If the fridge is not cold I imagine yours has just the single system, and it can't be fixed.

Ya the plastic cover seems warm.
