Virgin mobile text issue on Samsung S6 edge

    Hi there I am wondering has anyone else having a problem receiving or sending texts from their phone with virgin mobile? I recently joined and half way through a text conversation it might stop because the person hasn't received my reply or I haven't received theirs.

    When I got onto them I found out that they don't support any multimedia messages which includes normal texts with an emoji in them! However the problem occurs even without smileys in them. They said because it's intermittent it has to be my handset but I has no problem with meteor on the same handset.

    I posted this under "comms and nets" but may have been incorrect forum..
