Those of you using monocultures, is there any variety that you found particularly good or bad when it comes to palitablility?

    For palatability...
    Abergain seems very good.

Also have aberchoice here and good also.
    Aberchoice is a diploid.

Did ye find monoculture risky? Group was reckoning 2 or 3 varieties is plenty in a mix, one local supplier has a mix that has 7 or 8 in it. Neighbour put in a bit it looks well but not in a year yet and can only tell so much looking over the ditch
