Disgruntled part time staff member who only works in this shíthole of a Centra so he can have a bit of beer money when he goes back to college. He used to live for Fridays but now faces into them with the same sense of Catholic fear he would have every Sunday night when he saw his mother ironing the uniforms. Fridays mean he faces two ten hour shifts mopping up **** off the floor, putting biscuits on shelves and selling lottery tickets and scratch cards to smelly farmers covered in cow **** and ignorance. His reply: "Sorry machine is out of order"

You look over at the machine, the temperature gauge says 2 degrees, there's a healthy whir and a pile of cones stacked as high as the ceiling as well as a drip from the bottle of strawberry syrup suggesting recent usage.

The thing is the machine is in perfect working order. He just can't be arsed making you an ice cream.
