    Wondering does anybody know 100% what's the story with the latest news from last week's court case regarding the payout of claims. Are they paying out full claims and when will they start to pay?

    State compensation fund (basically the fund that the insurance levy on every policy sold goes to) has to cover the cost.

    Apparently Setanta can only cover 30%.

    God knows how long it will take tbh.
