    Hi all,

Hopefully this is an easy one for those that know but when I put in my planning for a full house renovation I was wondering can I build a shed/future gym out the back garden while planning is going through?

The shed will be less than 25sqms and there'll still be enough garden left so it would be otherwise exempt from planning. I plan on building it afterwards anyway but thought it would be great to build it during planning so i can store all my belongings in it too while the full house renovation is going on.

Yes, in my opinion it's ok to do this and I would have no issues having to certify it if required.

*based on the info you have supplied above.

    +1

And keep within the height limits. (3m flat, 4m pitched).
