Transfer penalty points

Is it possible to transfer penalty points after the fine has been paid? Last year, I picked up some points when i borrowed a car but my relative never informed me, so he paid the fine and kept the points. I was wondering if there is any retrospective way of transferring these to my licence, even if nearly a year has passed?

Id say its too late and if you go asking, you will risk getting the relative into more trouble.
