Modem not working

    Eir ,

    You have done it again .

    My modem is faulty and you have given me 2 options .
    Pay for euros to replace your modem that belongs to you .your responsibility .

    Or
    Sign up for a 12 month contract and have one for free .

    I am now going to cancel my account .

    Monday eir will loose a customer of 20 years over a new policy costing 40 euros .

    I am very sorry to hear this.

    I'm afraid a replacement modem has a charge of €59.99 if a customer is not in a contract as per our terms and conditions.
