virgin media hub 3.0 port forwarding

    I logged into my VM router & went to
    advanced setting > security > port forwarding
    but I find the Create new rule is grayed out
    & wont allow me to forward a particular port.
    Any ideas?

    Is it on DS-Lite, or do you have real IPv4 connectivity?
