Ballad/folk singer wanted

    Looking for a Ballad/Folk singer who has a distinctive voice for a well established 3 piece folk group.

    Preferably you should be able to play a rhythm instrument; such as a guitar, mandolin, mandola, bouzouki, 5 string banjo, bodhrán etc.

    Must be flexible/ambitious and willing to tour.
    Good harmonies and gigging experience would be an advantage but not essential. We have contacts in the radio and TV industry with a large amount of material to work from.

    We aim to push the group onto a global audience and look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Claire,
    Just saw you are in Cork.. sorry!
    I sing, play guitar and bodhran.
    I have loads of songs.. mostly Irish but also English and Scottish sea shanties.
    Lots of slow ballads and up tempo humorous stuff
    and some obscure sean nos.
    I am in Clonakilty though.
