Mature student fees EU citizen

Hi everyone, I am interested in applying as a mature student next year but since I am not Irish I have a hard time finding out, if I am eligible for free fees? I have studied undergraduate in Denmark recently but dropped out, does it mean that I will need to pay full fees? Thanks.
