What age is your oldest ewe/ram?

    Just seen this in relation to cattle in the main form and wondering does anyone have exceptionally old sheep, oldest here at the moment is 6 yr old ewes

    Say 6yrs is the oldest here aswell be her last year tho belclare ewe guaranteed twins or triplets every year with her owes me nothing

    Have ewes born 06 & 07 and still performing and still ok teeth, these are the ones I try and keep replacements from

    Have a few 8 yr olds here. Horned ewes and still goin strong.

    Have two 15 year old Mayo ewes who are still going strong and still have their teeth. A couple of spins left in them too if they got a bit of minding.

    oldest ewes now are born 2011 will be culling most of these this year , so there 6 year old one or two 7 year olds
