Browser Issue Freezing Video's

When trying to play videos (GAA GO mostly) through my ps4 browser after about 5-6 seconds, the video constantly freezes. But the audio keeps playing and if I reclick the time it froze it plays again normally for another 5-6 seconds. There's never an issue with Netflix or Youtube. Same thing happens with the Twitch app.. constant stuttering of video and audio..
