What the hell is going on with the AH mods and that thread about the guy who left the child in the car ?

It was reviewed and people dealt with then reopened. No sooner was it opened than people started demanding it be closed. One poster posting a load of hate about travelers after mods didn't react fast enough to all the foot stamping.

Another poster quite clearly trolling posting close close close, nuke it nuke it. About 6/7 posts in a row with that crap.

Then along comes the mod and bans one of the few people trying to have an actual discussion because he wasn't showing enough empathy  and locks the thread to be deleted.

Is that what it takes to get your way on boards ? Act like a child, demand what you want, if you dont get it insult some minorities and along come the mods and do your bidding ??

Why even have a forum at all. Change it to a condolences thread for everyone to post "God isn't it awful". And ban discussion altogether.

If your stuck to comment on it, the Irish Mirror has plenty of discussion under its article on Facebook.
You will be right at home there.

Do we really have to spell this out for you?
This is a recent and ONGOING tragedy for a family in Ireland.

This is a small place and the least you could do is show some consideration to their loss and the ongoing problems they're facing.
    Its not much to ask.

We did the same for the recent loss of the rescue crew out west.

Now as above there are other sites where if you really feel a need you can post or instead let's wait a while and then have a more constructive discussion over these types of tragedies instead of adding to the problems this family already has.

    Thread closed. Enough already.
