haven't been to Puerto Rico for about 6 1/2 years and only been to Fuertaventura on day trip to Wildlife park.

Any one been to either lately ? how do they compare ? looking for adult not family break .

When last in Puerto Rico , the main entertainment / restaurant complex was looking a bit down at heel. Has it been upgraded sine 2010 ?

    thanks

We like Fuerteventura, only familiar with Corralejo in the north of the island about 40 minutes from the airport
It's rustic in parts but we like that, we find that the food quality in the restaurants in the town is very good. There is a bit of a live music bar scene

The beaches or Grand Playas just outside the town are fantastic, a lot of this stretch of coastline is clothing optional so if nudity is an issue, you've been warned, nude or not, nobody takes a blind bit of notice

It's very laid back, there isn't a huge amount to do, it's really just somewhere to go & chill, that's why we like it
