Tiagra 4600 comparability with Internal Cable Routing?

So I'm heading away for a year next year and planning on selling one of my two road bikes. I'm planning on keeping the bike I bought new 2 years ago (Felt F85) that has a Tiagra 4600 group set all around and selling my Cube Peloton that I bought about a year and a half ago second hand (105 5800).

Even though the Cube has a better groupset on paper, the Felt frame fits me better and is better condition given that I've owned it from new.

The idea was to swap the 105 components onto the Felt frame and put the Tiagra stuff onto the Cube, then sell on the Cube...only issue I think I may have is that I'm not sure whether Tiagra 4600 shifters are compatible with Internal frame cable routing which the Cube uses with the 105 setup. Also, can 105 shifters be used with external cable routing like the Felt F85 has?

Or am I just complicating things??
