Public Services Card as proof of PPSN

    Hi, I'm applying for a medical card on behalf of myself and my partner. We're required to submit proof of PPSN for our application. I am working so I have payslips etc but he is out of work at the moment and isn't on social welfare so doesn't have any correspondence with his PPSN on it. He does have a Public Sevices Card though- can I make a photocopy of this as proof of PPSN?
