    Hi guys,

I am beginning the process of applying for planning permission on my own land beside my uncle. It appears the land might need some work before I apply for the permission and I was wondering if I connected a mobile to my uncles septic tank/electricity etc would I need permission to put a mobile home on the site whilst waiting. I have an architect coming to view the site soon and I'm sure he will offer his advice, I just want to make sure I do everything properly so as not to delay or upset things down the line.

    Yes planning required.
Will you get planning, no in my opinion.
