Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Gstatic linked to IP?

Hi everyone, need some help please.

My Mum's laptop somehow got the gstatic virus.
It's quite bad, it prevents web-pages from loading 80% of the time and took her to a page saying gstatic.

So I asked her to send it up to me to look at (she lives near someone who works part-time with me) and I couldnt see any sign of it when I connected her laptop to our internet in work.
But I ran malwarebytes and removed whatever it found just to play safe.

So then I sent it back down down to her expecting a call tonight to say job done but no.
It's there as soon as she logs in to the internet in her house again.

So is this somehow linked to her IP? Is that possible?

And if so how can I fix it for her without a very long drive to her house?

Any help would smashing, thanks :)
