because i can't find it anywhere else - does SUSI fund UK (Scotland) HNC/HND courses? I know it says "must be at least two years" but the HNC is often referred to as "year one of the HND" and i have every intention of going on to the "HND year 2"

SUSI funds for colleges in Northern Ireland.

I believe you can get funding to study outside the state but I'm not 100%

    I did find this

    https://susi.ie/eligibility/student-studying-outside-the-state/

    Hope that helps.

You can get funding for any undergraduate program in the EU provided its over two years in duration, and provides a major qualification.
So far as I know, they haven't made any changes yet with regards to funding to study in the UK even though its no longer in the EU. So you should be ok on that front.

If, as you say, the HNC is often referred to as "year one of the HND", then surely you should put the HND down on the form and say that it has a duration of 2years? To be sure, I would have a chat with someone from SUSI.
