    Just got a quote for painting a
    Hall, Stairs Landing, hall door
    Kitchen come diner and sitting room - all doors and ceiling
    Average 3 bed semi

    Any idea what is a good price for this work - Dublin based.

    €2,000 without paint. Paint should be an extra 250-400 depending on brand

    Sounds cheap, alot depends if you are painting all the same colours, treating timber, skirting boards take alot of time, impossible to get a price just for the size of the house.

    2,000 was a ball-park figure. Many variables will determine the actual price.
