Engine noise problem (video link in thread)

    Hi could some of ye throw your eye over this video please and see if you could give an idea of what could be the problem.
    I just drove 120km with no problem, stopped for diesel and started back up with this noise, car is chugging and shaking badly.
    04 Opel astra diesel 1.7.

    Sounds like a normal Diesel engine to me.

    Sounds like you have an air leak tbh, could be from intercooler to inlet as it sounds high up.

    No no warning, car really chugs hard on acceleration.

    500 per injector, 4 injectors in the car.

    Might be cheaper if you shop around. I'd wait til you get an fault code though, and let them diagnose.

    Car is barely worth it if it's that tbh. Hopefully it's not that.

    If you/friend has a scan tool then check for codes anyway. There could be a code stored.

    Yeah mechanica said it looks like it's an injector gone. Hoping to get it refurbished.
