I haven't submitted any accounts as of yet. It's registered a business ( Sole trader) & did a bit of work. It did ok at the start but went downhill fast. Over the last 4 years Ive been getting help from the social welfare because its been so bad. Now the welfare are looking for tax assessment forms.

I haven't made any returns to the tax office. Just feel I'm in a bit of deep S**t.

    Looking for advise.

Honestly look up some firms on the internet. Give them a call on Monday and work from there. If there are years of tax and accounts work to be done then unfortunately Boards will not have an easy fix.

Be honest and you will get through it. Just be prepared that there probably will be penalties from Revenue for being late with returns and payments. At the end of the day the effect that the stress will have on your well being is more costly than anything else. Get it sorted now and you will soon have the relief knowing you no longer have to worry about this.
