Hi there,

First off, if this is the wrong section can it please be moved?

I am trying to find out how I would confirm that a certain plot of land which was given to my deceased father many years ago is still owned by him and as his son if me or my family(mother, siblings) have any rights to it.

He, and his family are estranged to us and have covered up basically anything he left with convoluted lies so we must go above them for answers and most specifically answers for this land.
