Garage conversion - builder recommendations?

    Folks,

    Appreciate PMs for any recommendations for a builder to do a garage conversion in south galway.

    - Raise floor
    - Plastering
    - Fit Window
    - Plumb radiator
    - etc.

    Finding it very hard to get anyone!

    Anyone!? Am finding it near impossible most places want to do new builds and up
