Moving out of Apartment, All Bills Paid - Require Letter Stating This

    I'm currently in the process of moving out of the apartment I'm living in.

    My landlord requires a letter from Irish Water saying I'm up to date with the bills (which I am).

    I called the 1850 448 448 number, and I was told to send an email to an address requesting this letter, however I can't find such an address on the Irish Water website.

    I'm wondering can somebody here help me out with this?

    I actually understood that it was the property OWNER who had responsibility for paying the water bill, not the tenant.  But maybe i am wrong?

    Hi Aaron,

    I've sent my request to that email address, but it's over a week now and I haven't received any response from Irish Water.

    Can you or anybody else on this board help me out?

    I emailed Irish Water on May 25th requesting proof of payment and I've still heard nothing. I'm moving out this week and need an email ASAP

    Micheal, can you PM me. I get an error from boards.ie when I PM you saying the user doesnt exist. Possibly due to the fada in your username
