To do a Special Needs (SNA) course or Heathcare(Care Assistant)

    Hi
I worked as a Care Assistant from Dec 2014 - January 2016. But have no qualification. E.g. Fetac Level 5. I have a son who's 1 year. So hoping to return to employment.
Thinking about Special Needs course or Care course. Special needs course seems cheaper and few modules. And hours are good as a SNA. School hours. But is there a lot of employment in SNA.
    Undecided here. Any advice please.
    Thanks 😊
